A small software development studio and computer repair company focused on providing solutions that enable everyday users to continue to enjoy the tech they love and depend on everyday. Our mission is to combat planned obsolescence and reduce dependancy on cloud infrastructure, returning privacy and device ownership to the individual whenever and wherever possible.

Our local computer repair service center is located at 13478 Carrollton Blvd. Suite O, Carrollton, VA 23314

  • For in-house repairs, we charge a $75 non-refundable diagnostic fee that can be used towards the total repair costs of your device

  • For onsite repairs, we charge $125 for the first hour and $75 for each hour therafter. The diagnosis and repair labor of one device is included with this service

  • We offer a multi service discount of $50 per additional device when brought to our repair center or included for same day servicing

  • Travel costs are discounted to $35 for local residents and vary for locations outside of our immediate service area. The exact amount will always be disclosed during a consultation

If you would like to visit our service center to complete a dropoff or speak with an operations manager in person, we are open during the following business hours:

  • Monday | 9am - 11:30pm , 3pm - 5:30pm

  • Tuesday | 3pm - 5:30pm

  • Wednesday | 9am - 11:30pm , 3pm - 5:30pm

  • Thursday | 9am - 11:30pm , 3pm - 5:30pm
